Brothers & Sisters Church Family. Becoming connected through church membership to a local body of believers can be one of the most exciting decisions in your Christian life. Just like commitment is a foundational principal in relationships, commitment to a faith family is foundational to spiritual growth.
History
Brothers & Sisters Church began in the home of our beloved honorary Assist. Pastor & Wife Lamarr and Erin Thomas, in Englewood, New Jersey in 1999. Our Pastor, Elder Victorian Brown was currently working for United Parcel Service as a package car driver when he followed God's call into ministry and went on to become the founding Pastor. With a few members at his side the church began spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ and impacting its local community and abroad.
Pastor Victorian Brown later married Caroline Torres-Brown in 2008, a Latino native out of Newburgh, New York, a former case manager for the Federal Bureau of Investigations and now working for the Mount Laurel Board of Education.
The Lord Jesus Christ has taken Pastor Brown and the Brothers & Sisters church through many stages of growth and development over the few years it's been providing hope and salvation through Christ Jesus. Today Brothers & Sisters stands as a spiritual force in the Bergen county community of New Jersey, it has extensive sister fellowships throughout the tri-state area as a unique model of Christian Ministry.
Pastor Brown served as the Northern District President of the Apostolic Faith Church of Giving Grace, representing a diverse community of Christian fellowships. He currently is a member of the Bergen County Clergy Association of New Jersey. He has a Bachelors in Religious Education, and a Masters of Divinity, from Eastern Bible Seminary. He is also the Spiritual Director for Ennoble Hospice South & Shore located in Hackensack & Voorhees, N.J.
